Information we collect
Information you give us
Depending on how you use the site, you may provide:
- Your name and email address when you download a free resource, join our email list, or contact us.
- Business details, messages, and other information you choose to share in a form, questionnaire, or email.
- Order and transaction details when you purchase a product or service.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment-card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, and approximate location. This helps keep the site working, understand what is useful, and improve the experience.
We use Google Analytics and Squarespace’s built-in analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These services use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and interactions. Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies and collects device/browser information and on-site activity. You can learn more about how Google handles information in Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and security. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. We restrict non-essential cookies until a visitor makes a selection where required by applicable law.
At the effective date above, we do not use the Meta Pixel. If we add it, Meta may receive information about activity on our site to help us measure advertising performance and show relevant advertising. Before enabling it, we will update this Policy and configure the tool to respect applicable cookie-consent choices.

We may use information we collect to:
- Deliver free resources, digital products, and services you request.
- Process purchases and provide customer support.
- Send emails you have asked to receive, including strategic website notes, free resources, and occasional offers from Wright Site Studio.
- Respond to your messages and requests.

- Prevent fraud or misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Email marketing
If you choose to join our email list, we may send you the resource you requested plus occasional emails about website messaging, strategy, resources, and Wright Site Studio offers. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us at hello@wrightsitestudio.com to update or remove your information.
We use Brevo to manage email subscriptions and send emails. When you submit an email form, your information is transferred to and processed by Brevo on our behalf. You can read Brevo’s Privacy Policy here.
Affiliate links
From time to time, we may share affiliate links to tools or services we genuinely recommend, including Squarespace. If you click one of those links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partners may use cookies, tracking links, or similar technology to recognize that you arrived through our referral.
We will make a clear disclosure near any relevant recommendation or link.
When we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate Wright Site Studio, including with trusted service providers that help us host the website, process payments, deliver emails, provide analytics, and support customers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wright Site Studio or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to deliver products and services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we will stop sending them; we may retain limited information needed to honor that choice and maintain our records.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us at hello@wrightsitestudio.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another place with similar privacy laws, our legal bases for processing may include your consent, performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business—where those interests do not override your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is not a universal standard for interpreting it. We do not currently change our practices in response to Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, we will honor applicable opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Wright Site Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. If a change is material, we will take additional steps to notify you when required by law.
